Scarborough Community Centre will be hosting the 3rd annual Deep South Community Art Exhibition 2021 from 10 – 16 December 2021.

As part of the event, there will be an opening reception on Friday evening, 10 December 2021 from 6pm, where we will be offering a cheese and wine spread. There will also be live music by the Deep South’s very own legendary musician, songwriter and music activist Bill Knight. The exhibition will then be open for viewing from Saturday 11 December 2021 to Thursday 16 December 2021, from 10am to 5pm.

This year we have also added some exciting new features… We will be hosting various Artists-in-Action, Tarot Readings with Lesley Cornwell, a slide presentation by Don Barnett about his adventures on his various Kilimanjaro summits, Yin & Gin (a beautiful Yin Yoga practice with Joëlle Sleebos and Gin Tasting with Hope Distillery), and an exciting ToonZA Comic Workshop especially for kids, hosted by local cartoonist N.D.Mazin.

Keep an eye on our Deep South Community Art social media channels for more information about these events!
